Welcome to club PIE!
We are a group of Poles living in Redlands, Riverside, San Bernardino, Yucaipa, Loma Linda, Colton, Highland and environs. This area is called, rather grandly, the Inland Empire, and that’s the origin of our name: Poles in the Inland Empire (PIE). Our abbreviation is pronounced like the Greek letter π – the symbol for science. The propagation of knowledge among our members is one of our principal goals.
Plans for the Winter and Spring 2022, and Further...
The Knowledge Followers Society intends to organize a diversified set of lectures that is additionally enhanced by entertaining meetings. Although the list of our future presentations is almost continuously longer than a dozen, we are not making precise and final settings for more than a few weeks ahead. This is why, our plans for a meeting that is more distant than the coming one or two, are still in the making. We intend to keep to this program as much as we can. However, if a stimulating lecturer or electrifying artists show up on our horizon, and are available for a limited time only, we may decide to modify our schedule so as not to miss the rare opportunity... In such a case, we must kindly request the scheduled Presenters to accept a modification and appeal to all.
